Description

Ingredients
Scale
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, optional
- 2 lbs. chicken drumsticks, about 5-6 pieces
- 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400ºF.
- In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne if using.
- Place chicken drumsticks in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss well.
- Sprinkle seasoning mix over chicken and coat evenly.
- Arrange drumsticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes. Flip and cook another 10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 175°F.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
Pat chicken dry before seasoning for crispier skin. Use a meat thermometer—165°F is safe, but 175°F makes drumsticks juicier. Swap oregano for thyme or add extra paprika for more smokiness. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer at 375°F for 4 minutes.
