When the big game is on, nothing beats a hot, cheesy buffalo chicken pizza coming out of the oven. The spicy chicken, melty mozzarella, and crispy crust make it a recipe that’s always a win.

- 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce, plus more to drizzle on top
- 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing, divided (or ranch)
- 1 lb. pizza dough, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup red onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup banana pepper rings, patted dry
- Garlic Butter Parmesan Crust:
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 teaspoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- To Garnish:
- Chopped chives or green onions
- Red pepper flakes
- Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F and place pizza stone inside if using.
- Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or stone. Spread dough evenly and poke with a fork.
- Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and 1 tablespoon blue cheese dressing. Set aside.
- Spread pizza sauce over dough and sprinkle most of the mozzarella.
- Add buffalo chicken, red onions, and banana peppers. Top with remaining mozzarella.
- Drizzle with blue cheese dressing and extra buffalo sauce.
- Bake for 13 minutes. Mix butter, parmesan, and garlic powder; brush onto crust.
- Return pizza to oven for 2–3 minutes until golden.
- Garnish with green onions, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Slice and serve.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Adjust spice by reducing buffalo sauce or mixing with ranch. Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days. Reheat in oven or skillet for best texture — avoid the microwave.
