Instructions
- Warm the milk in a small saucepan until it just begins to simmer. Turn off the heat and stir in the Fruity Pebbles. Let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove the cereal. Discard the soggy cereal.
- In a blender, combine the cereal-infused milk, heavy cream, egg yolks, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Chill the blended mixture in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer instructions.
- Serve immediately as soft serve or transfer to a loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze until firm.
