Description

These dark chocolate almond clusters are one of those homemade treats that are deceptively simple but feel so special—just three ingredients, no baking required, and endlessly giftable.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups lightly salted almonds
  • Kosher salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, or gently on the stove over low heat
  2. Stir in the almonds until fully coated
  3. Spoon tablespoon-sized clusters onto a parchment or silicone-lined baking sheet
  4. Sprinkle each cluster with kosher salt
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes until firm
  6. Keep refrigerated or freeze for later

Notes

Swap in cashews, hazelnuts, or pecans. Add dried fruit or shredded coconut for extra texture. Use white or milk chocolate if you prefer. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for 3 months.
