- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups lightly salted almonds
- Kosher salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, or gently on the stove over low heat
- Stir in the almonds until fully coated
- Spoon tablespoon-sized clusters onto a parchment or silicone-lined baking sheet
- Sprinkle each cluster with kosher salt
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes until firm
- Keep refrigerated or freeze for later
Notes
Swap in cashews, hazelnuts, or pecans. Add dried fruit or shredded coconut for extra texture. Use white or milk chocolate if you prefer. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for 3 months.
