Description
This creamy Nutella ice cream is rich, dreamy, and made effortlessly using the Ninja Creami. With just a handful of pantry staples, you’ll have a silky-smooth frozen treat ready to go. No churning required!
Ingredients
- Cream cheese
- Chocolate hazelnut spread (Nutella)
- Granulated sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Whole milk
- Heavy cream
Instructions
- Add cream cheese and Nutella to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 10–15 seconds until softened. Stir in sugar to form a thick paste.
- In a measuring cup, mix whole milk and heavy cream. Add vanilla extract to the sugar paste, then slowly incorporate the milk mixture until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a Ninja Creami pint, not exceeding the max fill line. Freeze flat for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, insert the pint into the Ninja Creami outer bowl. Lock the lid and press the Ice Cream button.
- If ice cream appears crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of milk and press the Re-spin button. Re-spin again if needed for a smoother texture.
- For mix-ins, make a well in the center and add chopped cookies, chocolate chips, or nuts. Use the Mix-in button to combine.
- Scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy your homemade Nutella ice cream.
Notes
Store in the Ninja Creami pint with the lid on for up to 2 weeks. Re-spin before serving for best texture if it’s been in the freezer.
