- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
Instructions
- Microwave cream cheese for 10 seconds in a large bowl. Stir in sugar.
- Slowly whisk in milk, cream, and vanilla bean paste until combined.
- Pour mixture into Ninja Creami pint container, secure lid, and freeze for 24 hours.
- Process in Ninja Creami on “Ice Cream” mode. Re-spin if needed. Scoop and serve.
Notes
Use whole milk and full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture. Let leftovers sit at room temperature a few minutes before scooping. Swap in coconut cream and almond milk for a dairy-free version.
