If you’ve ever wanted pizza night without all the waiting and dough-making, naan pizza is the ultimate weeknight dinner hack. It’s fast, customizable, and fun for the whole family.

- 4 pieces naan
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (about 100 g)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella (85 g)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or parmesan (40 g)
- Fresh basil and crushed red pepper, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place naan directly on the racks and bake for 2 minutes. Flip with tongs and bake for another 2 minutes.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each naan. Top with ¼ cup mozzarella and 2 tablespoons of cheddar or parmesan. Add any extra toppings if desired.
- Carefully place the naan pizzas back on the oven racks. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the edges turn golden brown.
- Let the pizzas cool slightly, then cut into slices. Sprinkle with fresh basil and crushed red pepper if desired.
Notes
Customize with your favorite toppings like BBQ chicken, veggies, or tikka masala. Store leftovers in the fridge for 2–3 days or assemble ahead and bake fresh. To reheat, pop in the oven for a few minutes to crisp up.
