- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt (I use Lawry’s)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups bagel chips, lightly crushed
- 4 1/2 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 4 1/2 cups Wheat Chex cereal
- 3 cups mini pretzel twists
- 1 cup roasted, salted peanuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F and line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 10 seconds until smooth. Whisk in Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a large mixing bowl, crush the bagel chips into bite-sized pieces. Add Rice Chex, Wheat Chex, pretzels, and peanuts. Toss lightly to combine.
- Pour half of the butter mixture over the dry mix and toss gently. Add the remaining butter mixture and toss again until everything is coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden and crisp.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1–2 weeks. Customize with spicy seasonings, dried fruits, or a nut-free version as desired.
