Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt (I use Lawry’s)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups bagel chips, lightly crushed
  • 4 1/2 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 4 1/2 cups Wheat Chex cereal
  • 3 cups mini pretzel twists
  • 1 cup roasted, salted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F and line two rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 10 seconds until smooth. Whisk in Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, crush the bagel chips into bite-sized pieces. Add Rice Chex, Wheat Chex, pretzels, and peanuts. Toss lightly to combine.
  4. Pour half of the butter mixture over the dry mix and toss gently. Add the remaining butter mixture and toss again until everything is coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes
